Wi-Fi works perfectly, bathrooms are comfortable relative to room size. Reception staff Lucia, Marina and Jimena always help. I requested a late checkout of 6pm and got it for a 25 euro supplement. They also surprised me with an upgrade to room 722 on the 7th floor with a view of Gran Via. I recommend this hotel and will return.”
